"Every year, I host several major events including workshops, receptions, and cotillions.  Whenever I host an event, I like for them to be beautiful, stylish, and unforgettable (for all the right reasons).  The decor, food, and ambiance have to be excellent and in harmony with each other.  One cannot outshine the other.  When I hired Tonya to cater one of my workshops, I explained to her that my people expect delicious food and creative decor.  They expect the best and that is what I give them.  Tonya's work superseded even my expectations.  Not only did we eat really well, but she also provided the little touches like to-go containers.  Since that workshop, she has catered many other events for me, and each one has been exceptional.  My people always ask if she's doing the food.  Then, they RSVP once I have assured them that Tonya is catering.  She's a joy to work with and to have on my team.  She's a professional who does what she says when she says it.
